Customer Support Specialist
Location: Delray Beach, Florida



As a customer support specialist, you will serve as a main point-of-contact for the company clients and channel partners for all support-related issues:

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Quickly respond to all incoming tickets from our support software, email, chat, or phone
  • Resolves questions or problems over the telephone or Internet in the areas of configurations/setup, product functionality and bugs/enhancements
  • Interfaces with Developers to resolve issues
  • Interfaces with Sales team to onboard new customers
  • Keeps customer informed of how and when problems are resolved
  • Involved in any additional follow up, testing and troubleshooting
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer experience and business performance (documentation, automation…)

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate has the following skills and qualifications:


  • Ability to answer and solve effectively all customer related issues
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be clearly understood over the phone to provide customer support
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality
  • Comfortable with cloud based and smartphone technologies
  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Proactive and self-directed
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions

Work Experience

Associated work experience in the following areas is an added plus:


  • 1 - 3 years experience in customer support or technical support is required
  • Technical documentation writing (e.g. online help and FAQ) is a major plus
  • Experience with video recording and editing software is a plus
  • Experience with screen capture and annotation software is a plus
