Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Sales appointments and cold calls to consistently drive revenue growth
  • Development of a winning team, including recruiting, hiring, training and supervising
  • Consistent monitoring and reporting on sales activity and forecasting
  • Design, implement and maintain sales playbooks to scale and measure performance
  • Set quotas and manage people against those quotas
  • Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and compensation plans
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Work Experience

The ideal candidate has the following work experience:

  • 3+ years experience selling B2B software solutions, familiarity with Field Service or SaaS space is ideal
  • Demonstrated success leading high-performance, lean sales teams in a hyper-growth environment
  • Experience building multi-million-dollar SaaS business
  • Proven ability to create high performing teams and lead them to success
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Track record of systematizing the sales approach (playbook) in an early stage environment
